Guide lines for poster presentation:

1. Size: The poster display panel measures 03 feet wide and 05 feet high. Each paper will be provided one panel. You will be provided with double-sided tape to display your poster (s) on the panel boards.
2. Poster Assistance Desk: Please report to the Poster Assistance Desk located in the Poster Display Area. The number and location of the poster will be intimated to you by one of our representative at the Poster Assistance Desk.
3. Registration: We hope you already have registered yourself for the conference, if not we request you to register yourself for the conference soon. Registration to the conference is mandatory for presentation of papers.
4. We request you to intimate us if by any chance you are unable to make a presentation in the meeting.
5. You are requested to mount and dismantle your posters at the following designated time:
   Mounting: 0815 – 0845 hours
   Dismantling: 1800 – 1830 hours
6. The organizers will not be responsible for any lost or damaged posters after the session is over.

Instructions for Oral Presenters:

Papers on 14th & 15th September : Time for each paper: 15 min (presentation: 10 min, Q &A: 5 min)
Papers on 16th September : Time for each paper: 10 min (presentation: 8 min, Q &A: 2 min)

1. Please report to the Speaker’s Preview Room located next to The Convention Hall at Hotel The Ashok, after you complete the conference registration.
2. PREVIEW ROOM: The preview room will be located near the Convention center from Sept 12-16, 2008. We request you to please submit your presentation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled lecture/presentation. All the presentations will be relayed through the Central AV Facility and direct presentation through your laptop will not be possible.
3. AUDIO-VISUAL FACILTIES: The standard multimedia facility will be available. Please advise us if you would require any special equipment for your presentation. Kindly carry with yourself, 02 copies of your presentation on different supports: i.e. CD, Flash Drive and please also store in your mailbox the final version of your presentation as back up.
4. You are kindly requested to be in your session room no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
5. Kindly follow the Chairperson/Moderator’s instructions regarding the timing of your presentation.
6. Registration: We hope you already have registered yourself for the conference, if not we request you to register yourself for the conference soon. Registration to the conference is mandatory for presentation of papers.
   The registration fee at this point of time is USD 500, as a special consideration, if you register yourself till August 31, the registration fee will be USD 450. The registration on or after Sept 1 2008 will be considered as On the Spot registration and the registration fee applicable will be USD 500.
7. We request you to please confirm your participation. If by chance you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, please inform us.
