Participants are encouraged to register for the congress early to take advantage of early-bird registration fee and to ensure their reservation requirements are met. Online Registration is highly recommended.

* Per exhibition stall only 02 person will be allowed. Any additional accompanying exhibitor will have to register.

Confirmation letter
A registration confirmation letter will be sent to you via e-mail or fax on receipt of the payment.
Please make sure that your e-mail address and fax number are written correctly on your registration form.

Cancellation & Refund policy
Should you, for whatever reason, be unable to attend the Conference, it is possible to cancel your registration. Please notify the APDW Conference Secretariat of such a change as soon as possible.

Cancellation should be made in writing (stating your name and reference number) and sent to APDW Conference Secretariat at apdw@apdw2008.net or by fax at +91 2688 5886 or 2688 9764

In case of cancellation:

• On or before August 01, 2008 you will receive a refund of 70% of your registration fee less bank charges and administrative fee.
• No refund will be made for cancellation received after August 01, 2008.
